In Solnet Energia we help to save on electricity bills of private homes, companies and municipalities. We are a delegated company of Fenie and energy agents of Gana Energia. We compare bills and market prices and tariffs to find the offer that best suits the customer. We also carry out transactions such as increases and decreases of power or changes of owner with the electricity companies.

We carry out personalized studies on the consumption of the house, the community of owners or the company in order to offer a proposal that improves energy efficiency and provides economic savings.

We manage the legalization and processing in Industry, the compensation of surpluses with the distribution company. You can put unused energy into the grid, receiving in exchange an economic compensation.

And we apply for current grants and subsidies. Up to now in the Valencian Community we have had available a tax deduction in the declaration of the income of the autonomous community. It covers up to 40% of the total amount of the installation, VAT included, in first homes, and 20% in second homes. In this same aid for homes built on non-urban land, a certificate is required that accredits the legality of the building in which the installation has been carried out (certificate of occupancy, municipal certificate or equivalent). On the other hand, in January 2022 is open the deadline for submitting applications for grants from the European Fund, Next Generation, which cover up to 40% of the total amount, also including VAT (on December 31, 2023 the call for applications closes, only for urban housing). This aid is complementary to the previous one since the tax deduction is a tax credit, and therefore, it is not considered as aid as such and we can access these two lines. The local administrations are also encouraging the promotion of these renewable energy generation facilities and are modifying the tax ordinances in order to give a bonus in the IBI declaration for these facilities, although the % has not yet been defined according to your municipality. However, non-residents are excluded from all the bonuses when the installation is made.
